  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV sometime during the hour of 11:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the nineteenth day of this October* had what appeared to had been a live video of one of its reporters (Allen Carter) speaking of having seen a "camera crew" near him in what appeared to be a remote location for a live news report (this is what he said while doing so: "Now when we got to the scene, uh, an individual was being transported by ambulance, um, and still no official word yet on what exactly the individual's condition is, but I can tell you just within the past few minutes or so, camera crews from 'The First 48' did come here to the scene. Um, as we know those are crews that document homicides here in Mobile, We have not seen homicide detectives here at the scene at this point, uh, but, uh, the very large area that they are canvassing, we have seen officers walking across the street, looking for shell casings, talking to witnesses").**
(*the channel was not usually set to have a local news program during the hour of 11:00 p.m. in recent times (it did so after having special programming from their main provider of network programming (the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS)) at a time when it was usually set to have a local news program on a daily basis in recent times (the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m.))
(**a World Wide Web site attributed to WKRG-TV had some an article related to the report)
