• This past Friday's editions of WPMI-TV's local 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. news programs ("Local 15 News at 6:00 p.m." and "Local 15 News at 6:30 p.m.") each had a report about members of their holding company (or parent company) signaling the end of trading at the NASDAQ Stock in New York, New York that day (the name of the company was the Sinclair Broadcast Group).

• The national cable TV and satellite TV programming service named Pop was set to have a nationally-syndicated TV game show that was usually part of WFGX-TV's regular programming plans for Monday through Friday under the name "Celebrity Name Game" broadcast on a regular basis from Monday through Friday in one of the time periods normally used for WFGX-TV's broadcasts of it: 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (WFGX-TV and Pop each had a different edition of it in their programming during that time period between this past Wednesday, June 3rd, and this past Friday, June 5th).
