- The main broadcast channel for WJTC-TV had a new local TV program titled "Forward March" this past Wednesday, June 3rd, between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (it usually had an episode of the comedic TV program "Sanford and Son" at 7:00 p.m. and an episode of another comedic program titled "The Jeffersons" at 7:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday)
- One of the weather reporters for WKRG-TV (John Nodar) used part of this
past Wednesday's edition of their local 9:00 a.m. news program ("WKRG
News 5 at 9") to wish his papa (Robert (Bob) Nodar) a happy birthday that Wednesday as part of a segment about the World Wide Web and the Internet in general (it had a Facebook page with a picture of his papa at one point).
- WKRG-TV had a news report about bullying and depression and an advertisement for an law firm based in Auburn, Alabama (the Slocumb Law Firm) in which one of its lawyers (Michael (Mike) Slocumb) was depicted as a child hitting another child being a bully to another child appear nearly side by side on their main broadcast channel this past Wednesday (the news report was part of a segment of their local 9:00 a.m. news program that was broadcast immediately after the advertisement).
