News for Wednesday, June 10th, 2015

• This past Tuesday's edition of WALA-TV's local 5:00 p.m. news program ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") on June 9th had a report with a new member of their news department named Lee Peck.

• WAVH-FM recently had a contest involving some of their logos and pictures of different people appearing beside them while visiting certain places of business (you may access such images and learn more about the contest by visiting the official Facebook page for WAVH-FM).

• Today's edition of WALA-TV's local entertainment and lifestyle program ("Studio 10") did not have a news and commentary segment immediately after its title sequence (or opening sequence) and preview like most of its previous editions (it had a cooking segment immediately afterwards instead; as for whether it had a news and commentary segment at all; it did after the cooking segment).
