  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the first day of this April ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had one of its reporters (a weather reporter named Thomas Geboy) showing and discussing a certain image involving text of "micdesignsart.com" and "Shared by: Michael Thomas, Gulf State Park" and some digital graphics involving text of "FIRST ALERT STORM TEAM" and "EASTER SUNDAY PHOTOS" for a part of it related to weather.
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the thirty-first day of the month of March for this calendar year ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had audio of one its reporters (a sports reporter named Robby Baker) saying, "If you ever find yourself thinking late on a Sunday night, 'Man, I wish Robby had more time in the sportscast on weekends' -- well get excited, not only am I getting more time, how about an entire show, guys -- I sincerely hope you will join me tomorrow night for the premiere of WKRG Sports Overtime; it's Mobile's only weekly half-hour dedicated sports show that will debut tomorrow night right after 'News 5' at ten o'clock that we're excited for". 
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. and the local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the first day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." and "WKRG News 5 at 10" respectively) each appeared to have had one of their (weather) reporters (Matt Barrentine and Thomas Geboy respectively) showing and attributing a certain image to a certain "Tim Ard" in addition to describing it as a certain "Blakely State Park" for parts of them related to weather (the image on the first program mentioned had text of "Blakely SP Tim Ard" whereas the image on the program that appeared on the second program mentioned had texts of "Shared by: Tim Ard" and "Blakely St. Park").
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the first day of this April ("WKRG News 5 at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had its news presenter (Jason Carter) saying, "Well the countdown is on -- it's almost been like new year's eve around here; waiting for the ball about to drop -- Robby Baker to come and take the show -- my mom's favorite person at Channel 5 -- she's -- well, we're crazy about you, but 'Overtime's' about to start here in about seven minutes, man"; one of its reporters (a weather reporter named named Thomas Geboy) saying, "And I promise me, you want to see the intro...because sports are fun"; the news presenter saying, "Goodness gracious, I keep looking -- I keep looking at the clock --- you see it, it keeps going down--so you know what we're going to do, we're going to bid you adieu, good bye, but we're not leaving -- this guy, he's about to take over the show. We'll see you in a couple of minutes", and the reporter mentioned saying, "Much sports" for a discussion of a program set to appear on the channel (under the name "WKRG Sports Overtime") afterwards (note: the opening for the program named "WKRG Sports Overtime" had audio of an announcer saying, "WKRG 5 Sports Overtime").
