- A recording of what appeared to had been a series of auditions for WALA-TV planned for this Saturday being streamed onto the World Wide Web was uploaded onto a Facebook page attributed to them.
- Some video of what appeared to had been an awards ceremony (for an awards program named the Nappie Awards*) involving members of the local news operation for WKRG-TV (including a weather reporter named John Nodar and a sports reporter named Randy Patrick Setterstrom) was used for some reports about the ceremony on some of the local news programs for WKRG-TV since the Friday of the twenty-first day of this July.
- Some of the news presenters for the local news operation at WKRG-TV appeared to had been referring to the operation as "headquarters" in their local news programming for this calendar week (for example, one of the news presenters for the local news program that appeared on their main broadcast channel during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. this past Tuesday on the eighteenth day of this July (Rose Ann Haven of "WKRG News 5 at 6:30") appeared to tell the audience for their local news programs that they were their "municipal election headquarters" before talking about candidates for positions of government in the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama whereas one of the news presenters for the program that appeared on the channel during the second half of the hour of 4:00 a.m. and the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. this past Wednesday on the nineteenth day of this July (Jessica Taloney on "WKRG News 5 This Morning") appeared to tell the same audience that they were "local elections headquarters here in Mobile".
(*they were officiated by a company specialized in news based in the city of Mobile named Lagniappe)
