- A World Wide Web site attributed to WPMI-TV had an article dated for this Wednesday about some former participants of a national TV program from their main provider of network programming ("America's Got Talent" from the National Broadcasting Company (NBC)) appearing on one of their local news programs this Wednesday ("Local 15 Today") along with video of what appeared to be those former participants doing so .
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. this past Tuesday on the twenty-fifth day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 10") had a video about the station having an "open letter" to invite a contributor to a World Wide Web site named "CNBC.com" to the state of Alabama in response to an article it had about the qualities of life in this state and nine others like it.
- One of the hosts for the most recent installment of the radio program dedicated to technology usually broadcast by Mississippi Public Broadcasting during the hour of 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday in recent times was not usually part of the installments of it they had during this time period on Wednesday in recent times (the name of the program was "Everyday Tech"; as for name of the host who was not usually part of those other installments, she said her name was Michelle McAdoo as part of the most recent installment).
(*a Facebook page attributed to WKRG-TV had video of what appeared to be some members of their local news operation (two news presenters named Bill Riales and Jessica Taloney and a weather reporter named John Nodar) discussing the article and the "open letter" between parts of one of their local news programs this Wednesday ("WKRG News 5 This Morning")
