- The news presenter for WKRG-TV's local news programs for Saturday and Sunday mornings (Chad Petri of "WKRG News 5 This Morning: Saturday" and "WKRG News 5 This Morning: Sunday") used part of today's edition of the program for Sunday mornings to encourage members of its audience to use the official Facebook page for WKRG-TV to publicize images of folks sweating or "feeling hot" outside (or "people being hot", as he put initially before explaining that he meant images of people sweating or images with "evidence of people hot outside") while promoting the page with the weather reporter for both this program and the one for Saturday mornings (Melissa Constanzer) after she encouraged members of its audience to use the page to add to its collection of images of an aerial exhibition that occurred in their local broadcast area this past Saturday, July 11th (she said some members of what she called "the weather team" loved finding the ones that were all ready in its collection).
from one of the authors of a former World Wide Web site named Examiner.com, specifically two sections of it that were part of its existence: "Mobile (Alabama) TV Examiner" and "Mobile (Alabama) Radio Examiner" (note: this site could have certain features that could be seen without certain programs blocking them; each period of time mentioned on this site without any indication of the time zone to which it applied was a period of time for the Central time zone of the United States)
