- The main broadcast channel for WEAR-TV had a program dedicated to cooking involving the owner and operator of a restaurant located in the TV market for southwest Alabama (My Dockside Café in the city of Niceville in the state of Florida) this past Saturday on the sixth day of this May. (the name of the program was "Chef Ernie's Cooking Experience").
- The local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. this past Sunday on the seventh day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 6:00 a.m." and "FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") had what appeared to be video of a news report for a TV station in the city of Montgomery in central Alabama (WSFA-TV) without any mention of the name of the station.
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 7:00 a.m. this past Saturday ("FOX 10 News at 7:00 a.m.") had an interview with a person that its conductor (Candace Murphy) said was the winner of a contest for a company specialized in pizza restaurants (Pizza Hut) in which he could travel to as many "NCAA" (the National Collegiate Athletic Association) championship events as possible throughout the current season for such events (she said he was attending a volleyball tournament in the Gulf Shores in southwest Alabama while introducing him on the program; as for his name, she said it was Jason Zone Fisher).
