appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV more than one time during at least one of its breaks from having local news programming from WALA-TV earlier this calendar week.
- This past Friday on the twelfth day of this May, the main
broadcast channel for WKRG-TV had an advertisement about the city of
Mobile in southwest Alabama "finally" having a new "fire chief" after an investigation
attributed to the local news operation for WKRG-TV about the city not
having had one since the calendar year 2013 (even though the person
advertised as being "named" the new "fire chief" for the city was
actually "given the opportunity" to be its "fire chief").
- The news presenter for the local news program that appeared on the main
broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 7:00 a.m. this Saturday (Candace Murphy on "FOX 10 News at 7:00 a.m.")
