Some commentary on some new graphics and sounds for a certain TV station and a comparison of reports for some local TV news programs

"Some commentary on some new graphics and sounds for a certain TV station"
  • Some of the local news programming I had noticed through this station (WKRG-TV) since the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the twenty-ninth day of the month of April for this calendar year usually appeared to had involved digital graphics and sounds that were not usually part of the local news programming they had before that Sunday in recent times and had come to the conclusion of not having liked any of those sounds (music and announcements) or some of the digital graphics and texts that appeared above and below certain persons (such as a logo for WKRG-TV that usually appeared awkward with some rectangular graphics near the bottom of the area for displaying the programming, and some text that appeared to move from one side of one of the rectangular graphics to the left side of the same graphic (note: a certain Internet video stream for the news programming usually did not have that logo or any rectangular graphic involving movable text). I had also noticed some of the advertisements related to the station that appeared on their broadcast channel for the news programming before and after certain parts of it during the period of time I had mentioned earlier each had audio of an announcer saying a certain nickname used in reference to them in advertisements for them that were often part of their programming in the past ("WKRG 5") and had wished they had audio of an announcer saying a certain other name used in reference to them in other advertisements for them that were part of their programming in general years earlier ("WKRG-TV5") since I had always liked that name (and a shorter version of it ("TV5")) and never liked the one said in the advertisements I had mentioned earlier or any other nickname for them I had often heard in advertisements for them that were often part of their programming in general years afterwards (including "WKRG News 5" and "News 5")).
"A comparison of reports for some local TV news programs"
  • (for the local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-eighth day of the month of April for this calendar year ("WKRG News 5 at 10")):
    • Jason Carter: Happening tomorrow: the woman at the center of a viral and controversial arrest at a Saraland Waffle House is set to appear on reverend Al Sharpton's show -- in a Facebook post Sharpton says he'll follow the interview with a town hall in Mobile Tuesday night at Bethel AME Church. Clemons' appearance on Sharpton's show will actually be the first time we've heard from her since the arrest this past Sunday. Opinions vary on what surveillance video and camera video captured early Sunday morning. Saraland police say the officers acted appropriately; some in the community don't agree -- now Tuesday's town hall starts at seven o'clock [at] Bethel AME Church on Savannah Street -- stay with News 5 for updates on-air and online.
