    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fifth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Lenise Ligon) saying, "Hi there everyone and thank you for looking in tonight. I'm Lenise Ligon. Certainly a lot to go over the next ninety minutes here. Maybe even more". 
    • A certain local TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Thursday of the seventh day of this June ("Studio 10") appeared to have had audio often used in some of the local news programming it had in recent times (note: it had audio of one of its hosts (Joe Emer) saying, "Check out of this music -- we're starting very serious this morning -- actually, no, we have Dream Dinners from [indistinguishable] in the kitchen this morning", and its other host (Chasity Byrd) saying, "Let's turn it up" immediately afterwards.
    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fifth day of this June ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have one of its news presenters (Rose Ann Haven) referencing a certain reporter with a forename and surname and appearance not usually part of a certain section of a certain World Wide Web site related to them involving forenames, surnames, and images of reporters for their news operation in a way often used for referencing such reporters in some of the local news programming for the channel before then in recent times (she was saying, "News 5's Reshad Hudson" in reference to this particular reporter). 
    • The last part of the local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fifth day of this June ("WKRG News 5 at Noon") appeared to have had its news presenter (Devon Walsh) saying, "A bit of excitement in the News 5 parking lot today, Taylor"; one of its reporters (Taylor Sarallo) saying, "Yeah, we actually had an injured hawk that made its way into our parking lot. It's unable to fly and seemed to have an injured foot today" immediately afterwards; the news presenter saying, "Well our own Jessica Taloney and producer Mike Snowden here braved the rain to keep the hawk safe and soon a local wildlife group came and rescued the hawk and we're going to have the latest on his condition tonight -- but Taylor -- bless his little heart -- you actually recognized what kind of a hawk this was" immediately afterwards; the reporter saying, "Yeah, it was a Cooper's Hawk. Uh, I, uh actually knew about this kind of hawk. I think hawks are really cool -- a cool bird of prey, there -- so, beautiful wildlife. Glad we can help it out" immediately afterwards; and the news presenter saying, "We'll see more tonight. Thanks for joining us everybody" immediately afterwards. 
    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the first half of the the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fifth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Lenise Ligon) saying, "Let's take a look at the results from both sides of the gubernatorial race: First, as we reported, Kay Ivey seeking her first full term as governor wins outright the republican nomination with more than fifty percent of the state"; its other news presenter (Bob Grip) saying, "That's right -- and Walt Maddox has won the democratic nomination -- so the both of them will be facing each other in November. Let's go live to Kay Ivey who understands is about to speak to her supporters" immediately afterwards; some video with digital graphics and texts with "BREAKING NEWS", "GOV. IVEY WINS OUTRIGHT" and "REPUBLICAN NOMINATION" and some other video with digital graphics involving texts of "BREAKING NEWS", "MADDOX WINS OUTRIGHT" and "DEMOCRATIC NOMINATION", and audio of one of the news presenter mentioned earlier saying, "And from the Republican nominee to the Democrat nominee -- Walt Maddox speaking now" in between the videos; one of its reporters (Shelby Myers) saying, "All right, thanks so much and, uh, hopefully good luck to you and everyone else in the race" to a certain person after appearing to had conducted an interview with that person; and one of its other reporters (Toi Thornton) saying, "A subject was found on top of the victim as she was struggling against his efforts; the subject was seen running from the location -- pu -- location -- pulling up his pants" for one of its reports. 
    • The local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fifth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m." and "FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") each appeared to have had a certain member of their news operation who was usually a news presenter for the installments of the one mentioned first and one of the reporters for the installments of the one mentioned second that appeared on the channel in the same periods of time on days other than Saturday and Sunday before that Tuesday since this past April (Byron Day) appearing in a different role for the installments that were part of its programming in those periods of time that Tuesday (he appeared to had been a news reporter for those installments) whereas the member who was usually a news presenter for the installments that were part of its programming in the same periods of time on days other than Saturday and Sunday before that April in recent times (Bob Grip) was one of the news presenters for the installments of them that were part of its programming in those periods of time that Tuesday (note: the member named Byron Day was also usually a news presenter for the installments of the program that appeared on the channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. that Tuesday ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") that were part of its programming in that period of time on days other than Saturday and Sunday before that Tuesday since this past April whereas the installment of it that appeared on the channel that Tuesday did not appeared to have had him as either a news presenter or a reporter (note #2: the member named Bob Grip was one of the news presenters for the installment of it that appeared on the channel in that period of time that Tuesday and usually a news presenter for the installments of it that were part of its programming in that period of time on days other than Saturday and Sunday before this past April in recent times).
