- A certain Facebook page related to WKRG-TV appeared to had been used by its administration to upload a certain video related to WKRG-TV and a certain entity named the Associated Press on the Wednesday of the thirteenth day of this June.
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel
for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twelfth
day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one
of its news presenters (Shelby Myers) saying, "Well, summer has just
started, so we're going to see these thunderstorms for a few more
months" and its other news presenter (Bob Grip) saying, "That's true"
immediately afterwards without explaining their selves (such as the type of summer they appeared to had been referencing).
- One of the digital sub-channels for WFNA-TV often appeared to have had
(green) static in place of programming between the Tuesday of the
twelfth day of this June and this Wednesday (note #1: it usually
appeared to have had a programming feed for a national TV programming
service named Grit in recent times
(note #2: one of the digital sub-channels for WJTC-TV also usually
appeared to have a programming feed for the same service in recent times
(update for Thursday, June 14th, 2018: both channels appeared to have
had a programming feed for the service this Thursday))).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of
the twelfth day of this June ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have have had one of its reporters (a news reporter named Jason Carter) reporting from a location separate from that of its news presenters immediately after appearing to have had a certain video involving a report unrelated to the one he appeared to had been presenting while appearing to have had certain digital graphics
and texts that were part of that video (such as "HALFWAY HOUSE
SET TO OPEN IN DOWNTOWN" and "COVERING MOBILE").
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel
for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the
Tuesday of the twelfth day of this June ("WKRG News 5 at 6") appeared to
have had a report of their having been part of a certain "initiative" involving the words "broadcast good"
(in that order) for a certain association of broadcasters ("The
National Association of
Broadcasters") that day (note #1: a certain Facebook page related to
WKRG-TV appeared to had been used by its administration to post messages involving those words in the same order that day (note #2: the words usually appeared this way: "#BroadcastGood")).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the thirteenth
day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one
of its reporters (a weather reporter named Matt Barrentine)
saying, "Let's go and start off, though, and get away from Lenise's
problems and work our way through the tropics" at the beginning of a report related to weather and, "So don't be like
Lenise, make sure you have your rain gear tomorrow; you're going to need
it at times" later in the report after appearing to had been part
of a discussion involving his self and a news presenter for the program usually referenced as either "Lenise" or "Lenise Ligon" (note: another news presenter for the program (Byron Day) appeared to had been part of the discussion).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Monday of the eleventh day
of this June ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of
its news
presenters (Lenise Ligon) saying, "An act that outraged many people in
downtown Mobile caught on video: a woman's American flag ripped down.
Take a look: you can see two guys walking on the sidewalk -- now watch
as one of them grabs the flag and just rips it down, throws it to the
ground and stomps on it and keeps walking. As much as that might make
your blood boil, this second part of this story will warm your heart;
just a couple of minutes after the flag was ripped down, a couple walked
by and did something extraordinary. The full story is coming up on 'FOX 10 News" and ten and just you wait until you see what happens next".
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twelfth day of
this June ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had audio of
one of its news presenters (Shelby Myers), saying, "Yep, that's what they do. We now know the
story behind two heroes being praised for picking up a trampled American
flag in downtown Mobile over the weekend" immediately after appearing
to have had a certain video of a certain person saying "I'm one the coast guard -- search
and rescue. That's our -- that's our jam; that's what we do" (note: the program also appeared to have had the same news presenter saying, "Now this is even cooler: one of them is in the coast guard" afterwards before appearing to had a video similar to the one mentioned earlier in this paragraph).
