- A Facebook page attributed to WKRG-TV had a message attributed to an administrator for the page dated for the Wednesday of the fourteenth day of this June about their main broadcast channel having been set to have an episode of a network program ("The Young and the Restless" from the the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS)) at a time when it was usually set to have promotional programs (or "infomercials") from Monday through Friday in recent times (during the second half of the hour of 12:00 a.m. and the first half of the hour of 1:00 a.m.) earlier this Thursday (the channel had special news programming from the same provider when it usually had this network program from Monday through Friday in recent times that Wednesday (the hour of 11:00 a.m.)).*
- A live video stream normally used for streaming recent editions of local news programs for the main broadcast channel of WKRG-TV in recent times usually had videos of various places outside of their local broadcast area (such as an apartment building on fire in the city of London in the nation of England, the New York Stock Exchange in the city of New York in the state of New York, the Capitol in the city of Washington in the District of Columbia, and various buildings in the city of Chicago in the state of Illinois) in place of any other recent installments of those programs since the Tuesday of the thirteenth day of this June (a graphic that usually appeared on the stream during breaks for those programs still appeared on the stream occasionally (it usually had the words "We'll be right back")).**
- A Facebook page attributed to WALA-TV had a message attributed to an administrator of the page dated for this Thursday about the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV having been set to have special sports programming from their main provider of network programming (the FOX Broadcasting Company) during one of its regular time periods for having local news programming and two of its regular time periods for having syndicated programming from Monday through Friday in recent times this Thursday (the hour of 5:00 p.m. and the first and second halves of the hour of 6:00 p.m. respectively) and about the channel having been set to have the syndicated programs it would have had during one of the aforementioned time periods this Thursday ("Jeopardy!" and "Wheel of Fortune") during time periods not normally used for them in its programming this Saturday on the seventeenth day of this June (they were normally used for a different syndicated program from Tuesday through Saturday in recent times ("Judge Alex")***).
(**update for Friday, June 16th, 2017: the stream had an installment of the local news program that was usually set to appear on their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on a daily basis in recent times ("WKRG News 5 at 10"))
(***it was not mentioned in the message)
(***update for Saturday, June 17th, 2017: the channel still had "Judge Alex" during the time periods mentioned in the message on the Facebook page this Saturday in accordance with the programming guides for the channel from Zap2it, TitanTV, TV Guide, and Comcast before then)
