- The local news programs WALA-TV, WPMI-TV,
and WKRG-TV had on their main broadcast channel during the hour of 6:00
a.m. on the Wednesday of the twenty-first day of this February each
appeared to have had live video of a certain member of the government for the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama (William Sandys (Sandy) Stimpson) discussing reports
of a recent member of the department of police for the city having been shot to death on the Tuesday of the twentieth
day of this February (a Facebook page attributed to WKRG-TV appeared to
have had a video and a static image related to the member for its cover and a static image related to the department itself for its profile (note: both the video and the image for the page attributed to WKRG-TV had text of "Our Thoughts and Prayers are with the Family and MPD") whereas a Facebook page attributed to WALA-TV appeared to have had a different static image related to the member for its own cover (with text of "OFFICER JUSTIN BILLA", "END OF WATCH", and "FEBRUARY 20, 2018") since then).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the
twenty-second day of this Thursday ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had audio of one of its news
presenters (Bob Grip) saying, "We'll be
broadcasting the service live right here on FOX 10 News" and audio of its other news presenter (Lenise Ligon) saying, "We'll
broadcast the service live right here on FOX 10 News" for some reports of a plan to hold a funeral for a recent member of the department of police in the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama during the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the Tuesday of the twenty-seventh day of this February over some graphics and text related to them whereas the local
news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV
during the hour of 6:00 p.m. that Thursday ("WKRG News 5 at 6") appeared to have had audio of
one of its own news presenters (Mel Showers) saying, "We will carry the
funeral live on air and on Facebook" for a similar report over some other graphics and text related to it.
- A Facebook page attributed to WAVH-FM appeared to have had a message
attributed to its administration dated for the Tuesday of the twentieth
day of this February concerning a certain radio host of theirs (Sean Sullivan)
having the host of a national TV program and a national radio program
based in the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama (Danny Lipford of "Today's Homeowner") on a local radio program for WAVH-FM ("Midday Mobile")
earlier that day (note #1: it was posted with a hyperlink to a recording of the program
also dated for that Tuesday (note #2: A Facebook page related to the national appeared
to have had some similar messages attributed to its own administration dated for that Tuesday (note #3: the messages appeared to had been shared with a Facebook page related to WAVH-FM afterwards that day))).
- The local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. and the first half of the hour of
10:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the twenty-second day of this February
("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." and "FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m."
respectively) each appeared to have had a certain video of a member of the news
operation for WALA-TV (Alexa Knowles) hugging a certain person for one of the reports they had in those periods of time that day (note: the part of the video with the hugging appeared to have had audio of her saying, "I'm so sorry; thank you so much
for what you do" to the person she appeared to had been hugging before appearing to have audio of her saying,
"That's been happening a lot around precinct three the last couple of
days..." immediately afterwards).
- A World Wide Web site attributed to WKRG-TV appeared to have had some articles attributed to them dated for this Friday regarding their selves and some plans to collect money and patches related to police for a certain family related to the recent member of the department of
police for the the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama mentioned in the first paragraph from the top of this report (a Facebook page
attributed to WKRG-TV appeared to have had some messages related
to the articles attributed to its administration also dated for this Friday whereas
some of the local news programming WKRG-TV had on their main broadcast
channel this Friday appeared to have had some presentations of some of the
details of the articles).
- The local news program WALA-TV usually had on their main broadcast
channel during the hour of 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday in
recent times ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") continued to appear on it
during the first ten minutes of the hour of 6:00 p.m. afterwards on the
Wednesday of the twenty-first day of this February (note: it appeared to
have live video of a certain procession during the first ten minutes of that hour in addition to much the
second half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. that day (note #2: the channel was
usually set to have a syndicated program named "Jeopardy!" during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday in recent times)).
