  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. this Wednesday ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Shelby Myers*) presenting a statement related to WPMI-TV and the member of the news operation for WPMI-TV mentioned in the paragraph below this one.*
  • A Facebook page attributed to WPMI-TV appeared to have had a message attributed to its administration dated for this Wednesday regarding a certain service for a recent member of the news operation at WPMI-TV with a hyperlink to an article related to it on a World Wide Web site related to the operation itself also dated for this Wednesday (note: the article was named "LIVE: Mass for Tom Russo, beloved NBC 15 manager"). 
  • A local TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Monday of the fifth day of this March ("Studio 10") appeared to have had one of its hosts (Joe Emer) saying, "It better not freeze; I'm done messing with my plants; they've been through it all, and they've survived" after having its other host (Chasity Byrd) presenting a report related to weather.
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 4:00 a.m. and the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on the Tuesday of the sixth day of this March ("WKRG News 5 This Morning") appeared to have had one of its reporters (a weather reporter named John Nodar) saying, 'Doo doo doo! Doo doo doo! (laughs) -- I got to supply my own music -- it's a budget crunch here at News 5 -- I had to make my own music" immediately after having an animated sequence that usually preceded parts of it related to weather involving him in recent times without the music or announcement it usually had while preceding those parts of it. 
  • The local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Monday of the fifth day of this March ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.", "FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.", and "FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") each appeared to an animated sequence involving audio of an announcer saying, "FOX 10 News Young Champions is sponsored by the Orthopedic Group" for parts of them related to sports (the part related to sports on the first program mentioned appeared to have had one of its reporters (a sports reporter named Bri MacNaught) conducting an interview with a certain person in a remote location with digital graphics involving text of "SPANISH FORT BASEBALL COMMISSIONER" and "DAVID CHAPMAN"; the part related to sports on the second program mentioned appeared to have had the same reporter in an unremote location before having a certain video involving digital graphics with text of "PLAY BALL!" and "SPANISH FORT KICKS OFF YOUTH BASEBALL SEASON" (note #1: it had the reporter appearing to say, "Make sure to look out for FOX 10 as we continue to highlight our young champions" immediately after having the aforementioned video; the part related to sports on the third program mentioned appeared to have had its news presenters (Bob Grip) and Lenise Ligon) introducing a video similar to the one mentioned in the previous sentence (note #2: it had one of the news presenters appearing to say, "And be sure to look for FOX 10 as we continue to highlight our young champions" immediately after having the aforementioned video)).
(*the channel usually did not have her as a news presenter for the program while having previous installments of it in recent times)
