- I wish another TV station in the Mobile, Alabama-Pensacola, Florida TV market were to have the local broadcast rights to the syndicated home improvement program titled "Today's Homeowner with Danny Lipford" since WKRG-TV seems to lack the ability or interest to have it in their programming (some folks in the market may view it as disrespectful toward its host (Danny Lipford) since he is a native of Mobile and its production company is based in Mobile). For example, they usually had local news programming take precedence over it during the current collegiate football season in the United States due to their broadcasts of collegiate football programming usually ending less than 30 minutes before their time period for having the program broadcast on a weekly basis (6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday). I believe WFNA-TV has a good chance of having those broadcast rights soon if their parent company (LIN Media) were to merge with the parent company of WKRG-TV (Media General) since WKRG-TV would have the option of sharing those rights with them afterwards (WFNA-TV's companion station WALA-TV would not be part of the merger for legal reasons).
from one of the authors of a former World Wide Web site named Examiner.com, specifically two sections of it that were part of its existence: "Mobile (Alabama) TV Examiner" and "Mobile (Alabama) Radio Examiner" (note: this site could have certain features that could be seen without certain programs blocking them; each period of time mentioned on this site without any indication of the time zone to which it applied was a period of time for the Central time zone of the United States)
