- WALA-TV had local news programming during the first half of the hour
of 12:00 a.m. this Saturday after their main broadcast channel had
special football programming from their main provider of network
programming (the FOX Broadcasting Company) during the time period in which they usually had local news programming on Friday nights in recent times this past Friday on the second day of this December (9:00 p.m. 10:30 p.m.).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. this Saturday ("FOX
10 News in the Morning") had a news report from outside their local news operation attributed to a former news reporter and news
presenter for WKRG-TV (Kimberly Curth of WVUE-TV in the city of New Orleans in the state of Louisiana) without any mention of its source.
- The live video stream for WALA-TV had some video from around a
building with the name "Premiere Cinemas" located in the city of Spanish
Fort in southwest Alabama instead of their local news program for
Saturday and Sunday mornings during its broadcast for this Saturday (two
news reporters of theirs (Hal Scheurich and Alexa Knowles) appeared in the video along with video of the interior of an automobile).
(*the reporter named Alexa Knowles appeared to be doing live
reports for the program at certain points of the video)
