• The main broadcast channel for WPMI-TV had two commentary videos from their holding (or "parent") company (the Sinclair Broadcast Group) between parts of the local news program that was part of its programming during the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. ("Local 15 Today") this Wednesday (it usually only had one of those videos between its broadcasts of those programs during the hour of 5:00 a.m. on a occasional basis).

• The news presenter for the local news program mentioned in the previous paragraph (Darwin Singleton) referred to a colleague of his (named Kelly Foster) who mainly did weather reports for its broadcasts in recent times as "his co-anchor" while explaining why she was absent from its broadcast for this Wednesday (he said she had "the morning off" (note: the weather reporter for this particular broadcast was another colleague of his (Jake Dunne)).

• The news presenter for the local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. this past Tuesday on the twenty-seventh day of this December (Rose Ann Haven of "WKRG News 5 at 10") said what sounded like a "spoiler warning" about a movie while introducing a report about a famous professional actor (named Carrie Fisher) connected to that movie (this is what she said while introducing the report: "News 5's Allen Carter has reaction from Mobile [about reports of the actor dying that Tuesday] and a spoiler warning if you haven't seen the latest 'Star Wars' movie [she did not say its full name]").
