• WKRG-TV recently had a new programming segment concerning paid commercial programs (also known as "infomercials") added to their regular programming plans for their main broadcast channel (radio frequency channel 47-1/virtual channel 5-1).

• The aforementioned programming segment had the voice of the same person who did the vocal announcement for the audible portion of the last programming segment WKRG-TV had concerning paid commercial programs and the vocal announcements for the animated sequences in their recent local news programming (his name was Jay Gardner). 

• The text in the visual portion of the new programming segment concerning paid commercial programs for WKRG-TV's main broadcast channel did not match the announcement in its audible portion like the text in the last programming segment they had concerning paid commercial programs.
