• According to WKRG-TV, a former weather reporter and feature reporter of theirs named Jere Hough died of Alzheimer's disease today (his death was announced during today's editions of their local 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. news programs)

• The official World Wide Web site for WKRG-TV had an article about his death in which the circumstances of how he became a former weather reporter and feature reporter were not mentioned with that fact that he left WKRG-TV in the year 2009 (he was fired due to budget problems by the corporate owners of WKRG-TV).

• The Internet video service YouTube has video recordings of some of his appearances in WKRG-TV's local TV programming (including a promotional advertisement for their local morning news program, a report about a famous checker player in their local broadcast area, and an advertisement for a business based in that area).
