• The report this weblog about an advertisement for a syndicated documentary set to be part of WALA-TV's programming soon was corrected (it had "Sunday of February 7th" and "between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m." by mistake instead of "Saturday of February 7th" and "between 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.").

• This past Thursday's edition of WPMI-TV's local 10:00 p.m. news program ("Local 15 News at 10:00") and today's edition of their local morning news program ("Local 15 Today") each had a reporter from another TV station (Sergio Avila of KSNV-TV in Las Vegas, Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada for the first report; Kelly Koopsmans of KOMO-TV in Seattle, Washington for the second report) broadcasting from Glendale, Arizona about activities related to the National Football League's plans to hold a championship football game there this Sunday, February 1st (the game would be called "Super Bowl XLIX").

• The persons who provided the aforementioned broadcasts and the TV stations their represented had the same parent company as WPMI-TV: the Sinclair Broadcast Group.
