• Today's edition of WKRG-TV's local 6:00 p.m. news program ("WKRG News 5 at 6") had some parts of their video archives featured in a report about the idea of having officers for the Mobile Police Department wear video cameras as part of their jobs.

• A copy of a recent edition of the national TV program "COPS" with members of the Mobile Police Department was uploaded onto the official World Wide Web site for the program after its broadcast by the national cable TV and satellite TV programming service Spike TV last Saturday, January 17th. 

• According to WAVH-FM (106.5), part of their timeslot for broadcasting the nationally-syndicated radio program titled "Overnight America" from Monday through Friday (the first hour of it to be precise) was given to the one titled "The Clark Howard Show" by this morning due to their whole timeslot for broadcasting "The Clark Howard Show" from Monday through Friday being given to the one titled "The Schnitt Show" by then.
