- One of the news presenters on today's editions of WPMI-TV's local morning news program ("Local 15 Today") playfully referred to a certain group of people in a video recording of a past Hangout Music Festival as "the dancing trio" on more than one occasion during its broadcast.
- Last Wednesday, January 7th, an administrator for the official Facebook page for
WKRG-TV's local morning news program ("WKRG News 5 This Morning") posted a message
there explaining what had become of the person who used to provide
reports about traffic in the local broadcast area of WKRG-TV on a
regular basis until last November (his name was Derek (Kane) Long) due to a message from a visitor of the page concerning that person and the person who replaced him on the program (Kenny Fowler).
- One of the news presenters on today's edition of WKRG-TV's local morning
news program referred to a picture with a caricature of the founder of the religion of Islam ("The Prophet Muhammad") as simply a picture of "a bearded man" while presenting a report about the
drawing being the cover for the next edition of a weekly series of
French magazines called
Charlie Hebdo (also called Weekly Charlie when translated to English).
