- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel
for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. this Friday
("WKRG News 5 at 5") appeared to have had one of its news presenters
(Devon Walsh) saying, "Welcome back. Today we have the longest total
lunar eclipse...of the heart -- no, I'm just kidding -- of the century"
for one of its reports immediately after one of its breaks from
appearing on the channel in that period of time.
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 4:00 a.m. and the hours of
5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. this Friday ("WKRG News 5 This Morning") appeared to have had at least one of
its news presenters (Jessica Taloney)
presenting a report in which some of its subjects ("Robert Brazile" and
"Bum Phillips") were referenced only by the first parts of their names
after initially mentioning them by both the first parts and the last parts of those names.
- The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV appeared to have had a certain
advertisement related to them and WFNA-TV* involving audio of a
certain announcer saying, "Two teams, two stations, two ways to
watch: WKRG Five [5] is home of the Saints, and the Tampa Bay Bucs
are on
the Gulf Coast CW. Catch all the action kicking off August ninth [9th]" during at least one of its breaks from having local news programming this Friday (*note: WKRG-TV and WFNA-TV were related to each other
their due to their having been part of a holding company named the Nexstar Media Group in recent times).
- A certain Internet video stream
that usually appeared to have had live news programming and live
programming pertaining to entertainment and lifestyles for WALA-TV on a
regular basis in
recent times
usually only appeared to have had recordings of some local news
programming of theirs since the beginning of the hour of 9:00 a.m. this
Friday (note: the programming usually appeared to had been involved a
digital clock displaying times ranging from between 4:30 and 9:00"
(update: the stream still appeared to have had
recordings of such programming on the Saturday of the twenty-eighth day
of this July and the Sunday of the twenty-ninth day of this July).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. this Friday ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to
have one of its news presenters (Rose Ann Haven) saying, "Officers then caught Grappy
who apologized for being an idiot" for one of its reports; and its other news presenter (Mel Showers) saying, "You can see how hard the impact was: the front end of the car
mangled and messed up -- it's remarkable no one was seriously injured.
The driver of the car, a woman, will be ok" for one of its other reports (note #1: the channel appeared to had the news presenter mentioned first presenting a report similar to the one mentioned first for some of the local news programming it had during the hour of 6:00 p.m. with
exceptions such as the programming appearing to have had her saying the
word "crappy" before appearing to have had her saying the word "Grappy" immediately afterwards (note #2: transcript of the whole report mentioned first: "A thirty-year-old local man
faces charges -- deputies say he stole an ice cream -- William David Grappy is charged with burglary, grand theft auto, and marijuana
possession. The arrest report says that after Grappy stole the truck, he
ditched it at the Tom Thumb gas station at Miracle Strip Parkway in
Fort Walton Beach. The owner told police the truck had around twelve
hundred dollars worth of ice cream in it. Officers then caught Grappy
who apologized for being an idiot" (note #3: transcript of the whole report mentioned second: "A crash on the Interstate Sixty-five service road ends
with a smashed car, a water mane break, and one business forced to
close early for the night -- it happened around six fifteen this
evening. You can see how hard the impact was: the front end of the car
mangled and messed up -- it's remarkable no one was seriously injured.
The driver of the car, a woman, will be ok. The water mane break cut off
water to Morrison's -- forcing workers to go home early"))).
