- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Wednesday
of the eleventh day of this July ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared
to have had one of its reporters (a weather reporter named Jason Smith)
saying this for a report related to weather: "Coming from our Dauphin's cam here pointed back toward
Baldwin County -- looks nice as you head towards the east tonight. It's
not so nice back to the west, where we have showers and storms; and
they're showing up well on our storm tracker doppler radar. Let's
look at this -- hey, I'm in western Mobile County right on the
Alabama-Mississippi line -- this has been a very persistent and very
slow-moving thunderstorm here that's rocked Citronelle and, uh,
Earlville, and also Georgetown, and now this thing is moving on over
toward Mississippi" (note: the program appeared to have had the reporter in front of some digital while appearing to have had this part of the report).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Friday of
the twenty-second day of the month of June for this calendar year ("FOX
10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its
reporters (a weather reporter named Michael White)
saying this for a report related to weather: "Here's what
you got -- here's what you can expect for tomorrow: the temperature will
be up to near ninety at noon, and then we'll have a high similar to
today of about ninety-two, but that is the air temperature projection;
this is how warm it's actually going to feel when you factor in the
humidity: the projected heat index; that's going to be about a hundred
and three at three o'clock. It's jumped up so much it's covered up by
part of the banner, but you can see that the triple-digit index values
begin at mid-day, so you need to stay hydrated, you need to find shade,
and just understand that heat exhaustion can sneak up fast in that type
of environment and we see a lot of it between now and September" (the program appeared to have had
some digital graphics involving texts such as "HEAT INDEX" and
"STORMtracker" behind the reporter while appearing to have had this part of the report).

outside and you don't need the weather man to tell you that" in front of a certain video involving an external location; its news presenter (Devon Walsh) moving her mouth without audio for six seconds on the set of the program immediately after appearing to have had a certain animated sequence related to the program (with audio of a certain announcer saying phrases such as, "You're watching 'WKRG News 5 at Noon' ") immediately after one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in the aforementioned period of time this Thursday before
suddenly appearing to have had audio of her speaking over a certain video not involving her self; one of its other
reporters (a news reporter named Debbie Williams) saying, "There are no, uh, no ends to the lines out here and once you
get into the store, there are even more lines, So the folks in there are
saying take your time, take your patience, we're going to get to
everybody, and the same thing could be said for all the stores here in
Baldwin County -- uh, Build-A-Bear and the Wharf -- same situation, they
have given them a cutoff person and they will get in the store at some
point today; could change later today, but this is just crazy -- a lot
of happy people inside the store with their animals, and some happy kids
as well" in an external location separate from the news presenter and the other reporter (with
digital graphics and texts of "BUILD A BEAR PAY YOUR AGE SALE" and
"CAUSING CHAOS AT THE STORES"); and the news presenter saying, "All
right, thank you very much, Debbie. Five hundred people in line. Wow"
