News for Wednesday, July 11th, 2018
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday
of the tenth day of this July ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to
have had one of its contributors (a reporter named Byron Day) saying some words often used to mean "on fire" ("en fuego") in a certain language often referenced as "Spanish" in recent times between parts of the language often used by him and other speakers on the program (English).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the eleventh
day of this July ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared
to have a certain reporter with a name and face not usually displayed
in a certain section of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV
usually involving names and faces of certain members of their news operation in recent times (note: one of the news presenters
for the program (Shelby Myers) appeared to had said this to the reporter
immediately appearing to have had the reporter: "Welcome to the team").
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the tenth day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 6") appeared to have had one of its reporters (a sports reporter named Randy Patrick Setterstrom) saying, "Another Alabama linebacker in the news" at the beginning of its reports from the beginning of a certain part of it related to sports (or immediately after appearing to have had a certain animated sequence with audio of a certain announcer saying, "Now Randy Patrick with your WKRG News 5 sports") whereas the local news program that appeared on the channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. later that Tuesday ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had the same reporter saying, "Another Crimson Tide linebacker is in the news" at the beginning of one of its own reports for its own part dedicated to sports).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 6:30 p.m. on the Tuesday
of the tenth day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 6:30") appeared to have
had one of its news presenters (Peter Albrecht)
mentioning a certain
"Cameron Edgeworth" immediately before and after appearing to have had a
certain video
involving a certain report without explaining the mentioning itself (note: it appeared to
have had the news presenter, "Cameron Edgeworth was
there as the students reunited with their families" immediately before
appearing to have had the video, and, "That was Cameron Edgeworth
reporting" immediately after
after appearing to have had the video (note #2: a certain part of a certain World Wide
Web site related to WKRG-TV used to have a hyperlink to a profile of a certain reporter for their news operation named "Cameron Edgeworth" on a regular basis in recent times)).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday
of
the tenth day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had
some video of various beings singing parts of a certain song named "Take
Me Out to the Ball Game" immediately after appearing to have had one
of its reporters (a sports reporter named Randy Patrick Setterstrom)
saying, "Some youngsters who want to be big-time baseball players or
some who just want to play ball for fun; they're taking part in this
week's University of South Alabama Baseball Coach Mark Cali Camp. The
kids' getting great instruction; also see what it feels like to be a
Jaguar for a few days. And today a couple of surprise camp counselors, Robby Baker and Jason Carter, taught kids how to entertain during a
seventh-ending stretch" (note #1: the program appeared to have had one
of its news presenters (Mel Showers) saying, "Harry Caray would be
proud" and the reporter saying, "I have a taste for Cracker jacks all of
a sudden" immediately after appearing to have had the aforementioned video (note #2: the program appeared to have had no mentioning of whether the aforementioned "Robby Baker" and "Jason Carter" were members of WKRG-TV or not in spite of the part of the World Wide Web site site related to WKRG-TV mentioned in the paragraph above this one usually appearing to have had some hyperlinks to some profiles to some members of their news operation involving those names by then in recent times)).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Monday of the ninth day of
this July ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had a video of a
report with narratives such as, "It's not a call
Robertsdale Police Officers are used to getting and this officer's body
cam was rolling yesterday to prove...this fox was crazy; it lurks for a
while then lunges at the officer, who strikes the animal with his
baton" (and some digital graphics with texts of "MORE RABID FOX ATTACKS" and "GIRL & MAN IN WHEELCHAIR
BITTEN"), one of its news presenters (Bob Grip) saying, "Well here's a
strange one for you: police say a Mobile woman found another woman
inside her bedroom. Even stranger than that, police say the intruder was
wearing the victim's clothes. Byron Day has that story next. Also the
Bankhead Tunnel will be closed a lot this week for some T-L-C. What's
happening and when it's happening after the break" within ten seconds of
one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in that period of time
that day; the same news presenter saying, "And we have the
truth about the weather right here", one of its other reporters (a
weather reporter named Matt Barrentine) saying, "Yeah,
we're looking at the tropics, it is that season; now we have to keep our
eyes down there and we do have a couple of issues: one is Chris, the
one is the remnants of Beryl that may go zombie on us and--and
reanimate, so we'll talk about that right here on FOX 10 News"
immediately afterwards before another one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in that period of time that day (note: hyperlink to a transcript of a certain discussion for the program).
