News for Monday, July 23rd, 2018

  • A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV that usually appeared to have had hyperlinks to profiles of certain members of the news operation for WALA-TV before the Sunday of the twenty-second day of this July in recent times appeared to had a hyperlink to a certain profile of a certain other member (a certain Tyler Finger) that was not usually there before that Sunday this Monday.
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the twenty-second day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had its news presenter (Jason Carter) saying, "We've had numerous watches and warnings throughout the News 5 viewing area; it's also been...ridiculously hot. Let's go to meteorologist Thomas Geboy. He joins us with more. Hey Thomas" before appearing to have had a report related to weather from one of its reporters (Thomas Geboy). 
  • A certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WPMI-TV during the second half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. this Monday ("Gulf Coast Today") appeared to have had one of its hosts (Kelly Foster) saying, "Lou is a photographer that used to work here a long time ago named Brian -- I'm not going give his last name -- and he said he got worried one time getting video that an eighteen wheeler got a little close and he said, 'I was about to jump'. I'm glad he didn't" without explaining the "Lou" and "Brian" parts of what it appeared to have had her saying.
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the twenty-second day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 5") appeared to have had its news presenter (Jason Carter) saying, "Coming up, a stranded boat may soon get back to see. We'll see the progress at Orange Beach when we return. And you still got a few more hours to save a little cash on school supplies. Finish watching the news and then we'll tell you where you can go and save some money" immediately before one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in that period of time that day.
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the twenty-second day of this July ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Shelby Myers) saying, "Ok imagine you're stuck in traffic on the Bayway; you take your restless dog out to use the restroom and your dog decides to jump. What do you do? Well, this happened to one family today as crews tried to clear that bad wreck we'd mentioned earlier. The dog's owner went in to save her -- telling me he would do it all again" before appearing to have had a certain video involving a certain report involving phrases such as, "A fearless act; giving the phrase man's best friend a whole new meaning". 
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the nineteenth day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had audio of a disembodied voice being used to say the word "yikes" immediately after appearing to have had audio of one of its news presenters (Mel Showers) saying the word "nude" for a certain part of involving digital graphics and texts of "COMING UP" and "CYCLIST IN THE NUDE" before one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in that period of time that day (transcript of the aforementioned part of the program: Mel Showers: Also coming up on News 5, an interesting more commute as a cyclist peddles away on a busy interstate, in the nude [disembodied voice: Yikes!]. Why despite the slow speeds, the cyclist got away (note: the disembodied voice was similar to that of the other news presenter for the program (Rose Ann Haven))).
