p.m.") appeared to have had one of its reporters (the Jason Smith mentioned in the paragraph above this one)

we're over half-way there. Yay" for a certain part of it related to
weather.

for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the
Tuesday of the twenty-third day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 10")
appeared to have had one of its reporters (a weather reporter named Alan Sealls)
saying, "Here's a picture from offshore earlier today: a cumulus cloud -- rain shaft. Good picture -- submitted by Charlie. If Charlie wants a
hurricane, sorry Charlie, no hurricanes in our forecast. We are super
calm as it was on Saint John's Bay in Orange Beach" while appearing to
have had a certain image with texts such as "CHARLIE", "40 MILES OFF
SHORE", and "LOCAL WEATHER COVERAGE YOU CAN COUNT ON".

appeared to have had a certain guest of theirs (with a digital graphic involving
texts of "DR. JOHN PERKINS" and "MINISTER & CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST")
saying a certain word
commonly referenced as "the N-word" in broadcasting and
various
publications in recent times ("nigger") while appearing to had been interviewed by one of its hosts (Joe Emer) (note: transcript of some of the words the guest appeared to had said immediately before appearing to had said the one attributed to him earlier in this paragraph: "I don't meet many white folks who want to be a racist. I
don't
want to meet many black folks who want to be a...").
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twenty-fourth
day of this July ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared have had one of
its news presenters (Byron Day) saying, "This could be fun...well
Thursday afternoon at exactly one eighteen your phone is going to have
an alert go off. No we're not psychic", its other news presenter (Lenise Ligon) saying ,
"It's part of a national security test issued by the Federal Emergency
Management Agency. So, this is the first national end test of National
Wireless Emergency Alert System", and the news presenter mentioned first
saying, "Everyone is saying, 'Well, yeah, I don't know'. Everyone's
phone will
go off, the message will read, 'This is a test of the National Wireless
Emergency Alert System'. No action is needed. So, be alert for that"
immediately afterwards (note: the program appeared to have had the news
presenter named Lenise Ligon saying, "The statewide general election is
set for November sixth" immediately before appearing to have had the news presenter named Byron Day saying the series of statements attributed to him earlier in this paragraph.
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel
for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the
Monday of the twenty-third day of this July ("WKRG News 5 at 10")
appeared to have had one of its reporters (a sports reporter named Randy Patrick Setterstrom)
saying, "Eleven straight losses -- that's not too good; blame it on the
weather; it's too hot" after appearing to had said, "In the
Southern League, the BayBears lose again for the
eleventh straight time -- they lose tonight on the road in Mississippi
seven to three. That eleven-game losing streak is now a franchise record
and the Wahoos were looking for a seventh-straight win -- they thought
they had it -- three [to] two in the ninth, and the Lookouts scored two
at the bottom of the ninth to break six-game winning streak for
Pensacola" (note: the program appeared to have had one of its news
presenters (Mel Showers) saying, That's not good at all" immediately
after appearing to have had the reporter saying, "That's not too good" (the program appeared to have had some graphics involving texts of "SOUTHERN LEAGUE", "BAYBEARS",
"BRAVES", "3", "7", "FINAL", "11 GAME LOSING STREAK", "WAHOOS",
"LOOKOUTS", "3", "4", "FINAL", and "6 GAME WIN STREAK SNAPPED" while appearing to have had the second series of statements attributed to the reporter earlier in this paragraph)).
