• WALA-TV had a digital countdown clock occasionally appear on their local 5:00 p.m. news program ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") this past Tuesday, March 31st, for displaying the remaining time for a tax referendum held in Baldwin County, Alabama, that day.

• Today's edition of WKRG-TV's local 6:00 p.m. news program ("WKRG News 5 at 6") had a video recording of their local news programming from the year 2001 about a tax referendum held in Mobile County that year as part of a report about the tax referendum held in Baldwin County, Alabama this past Tuesday. 

• WKRG-TV had a "Marketplace 5" segment (it was about a business in their local broadcast area) appear on their main broadcast channel (radio frequency channel 47-1/virtual channel 5-1) immediately after the last segment for their new local 9:00 a.m. news program ("WKRG News 5 at 9") this past Tuesday between 9:25 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (they occasionally had such a segment appear immediately after the end of their local midday news program ("WKRG News 5 at Noon") before they had this new local news program).
